Awesome location. super friendly helpful staff. amazing breakfast. Great indoor onsen on the top floor with a bit of a view through the steamy windows. Lots of night life and restaurants close and walkable.

Staff very kind and helpful, very close to the slopes and gondola. Overall very good choice for a family- run hotel in the immediate vicinity to ski lifts and town center. Right next to bus stop for Tokyo's airport. Onsen small but very cozy. We would come back next time if we ski again on Hakuba.

Breakfast was great - huge variety to choose from. Also the owner made sure that my vegetarian self was catered to with an amazing dinner on the first night. I was very impressed and happy with the food.

Location and access to slopes is perfect. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Easy breakfast options, secure drying room. Warm, dry and close to dinner options. 1 min walk to gondola. Lovely onsen.

Tatami room has lots of space.Few meters away from the ski lifts and bus station. Convenience store just opposite the hotel. Ski and snowboard rentals just below the hotel. Dry room with private locker.

Location in Tsukaige itself is excellent. Close to the slopes. Convenient store right opposite hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast service staff were really helpful and friendly

Perfekt location for skiing, shops right next door, ski rental in first floor, god an nice onsen on the top floor. If I go back i will stay at same place.
